Job Title: Die Cutting Operator

Objective:

The Die Cutting Operator is responsible for operating die cutting equipment for the production of a variety of products. The operator must ensure that materials are cut according to customer specifications and that products are produced in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate die cutting equipment to cut and shape materials according to customer specifications
• Monitor the quality of products and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
• Load and unload materials onto the die cutting machine
• Record production data and maintain accurate records
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on die cutting equipment
• Troubleshoot problems and make necessary repairs
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience operating die cutting equipment is preferred
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
