Job Title: Gluing Machine Operator

Objective:

The Gluing Machine Operator is responsible for operating a specialized machine to produce a variety of products by gluing, assembling, and packaging materials. The Gluing Machine Operator will ensure that all products meet quality standards, are produced in a timely manner, and are within acceptable tolerances. The Gluing Machine Operator will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance on the machine, keeping records of production, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a gluing machine to assemble and package various products.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of the machine.
• Monitor and adjust the speed, pressure, and temperature of the machine to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Monitor the production process and ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production, including quantity, type, and duration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine-related issues.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating a gluing machine.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
