Job Title: Quality Manager

Objective:

The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality control systems to ensure all products meet or exceed company standards. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for overseeing quality assurance personnel and technicians and will ensure that all tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed company standards
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement quality assurance training programs for personnel
  • Monitor production processes for potential quality issues
  • Provide feedback and guidance to production personnel to resolve any quality issues
  • Utilize statistical methods to determine product quality
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives
  • Perform regular audits of quality processes
  • Develop and maintain quality control reports
  • Investigate customer complaints and initiate corrective action
  • Manage the quality assurance personnel and technicians
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager role
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills - German and English
